From the artist: "The winter here is made up of blues, grays, and emerald greens and I’ve always found it comforting so I embraced some of those cold tones in this piece. This piece is also inspired by one adventure I had taken to the mountains where a sign was posted noting a bear sighting. Fortunately, I didn't notice until I was on my way out."

This original landscape painting is reproduced on beautiful, cold press watercolor paper using a professional large-format printer and framed in a black wooden frame (not shown).
