Risotto, Porcini Mushroom

These kits are designed for people who want to make a quick, traditional risotto without having to source and prepare all the ingredients themselves. To prepare, briefly toast the rice and herbs in some olive oil, add vegetable broth, and cook for about 13-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until it's done.
