Mexican Chiapas coffee roasted with love. This awesome coffee was first roasted during the “Snowmageddon" of 2018. Working a little magic with the open flame makes this a little different than traditionally roasted Chiapas you may have tried. This coffee is deliciously smooth and easy to drink, with aromatics of campfire and brownies. Thoughtfully roasted with PNW woods in Tacoma, WA.
